Assistant Brand Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support Brand Manager in implementing marketing activities for the brand in charge (FMCG – COFFEE)
  • Market research and brand of the company
  • Summary and analysis of sales data, competitors, general information about the market
  • Supporting creative ideas, planning and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating with sales department to conduct marketing activities, trade marketing for points sell, NPP.
  • Coordinate with related departments to implement new product development, implement marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and supervise the implementation of relevant departments or agencies to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of the project. timely output solution.
  • And other jobs as assigned by management.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Having at least 02 years of experience in the same position
  • Understanding FMCG market, having experience in coffee is an advantage
  • Having knowledge in collecting market information, competitors, Customer tastes
  • Having good knowledge about Marketing, Branding and experience in planning, implementing Marketing for businesses
  • Proactively grasp the latest marketing trends and know how to apply

 

SKILL

  • Proficient in office IT (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, Outlook, Internet …)
  • The skill of planning and implementing work
  • Time management skill effectively
  • Sedimentation skill listening, problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive and integrated ability.
  • Good negotiating, negotiating and communicating skills.
  • Sensitive with data, good logical thinking ability
  • Work skills independently or in groups, working under high pressure.
